Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
Crispy on the outside, tender inside \u2014 no deep fryer required.
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.
- Air fry at 380u00b0F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crisp and tender.
