  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

  1. Sear the beef in the Instant Pot using the sautu00e9 function until browned.
  2. Stir in tomato paste and flour, then add broth, potatoes, and carrots.
  3. Seal and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes, then let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
