  • 4 ripe peaches, halved
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • for serving vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill to medium and lightly oil the grates.
  2. Grill the peach halves cut-side down for 3-4 minutes until char marks form.
  3. Flip, drizzle with honey and cinnamon, and grill 2 more minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
