1 lb pasta
1 can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup parmesan, grated
for garnish fresh basil

Method

Sautu00e9 garlic in a large pot until fragrant. Add crushed tomatoes and 3 cups water, bring to a boil.
Add pasta directly to the pot and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most liquid is absorbed.
Stir in cream and parmesan. Top with fresh basil before serving.
